about

The industrial landscape has become what we know today as normal while natural landscapes are often viewed as underdeveloped or even a luxury to be purchased. Research shows that the ongoing exploitation and loss of natural spaces affects all life and is directly linked to our health and quality of life.

Anatomic Frequencies is an immersive experience designed to amplify positive emotions, encourage reflection, and promote a deeper sense of presence rooted in the natural world.

The compositions explore musicality inspired by Indigenous traditions from New York and Trinidad, interpreted through Jeanine's artistic perspective. Each piece is tuned to 432Hz, a frequency believed to resonate harmonically with the natural world, fostering a sense of alignment, connection and calm.

This project encourages awareness and intentional reconnection with nature, reminding us that we thrive in nature because we are nature.

Anatomic Frequencies is made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.
